The EVO is easy to use due to its ergonomic design, quick change of diamond grindstone and easy adjustment of grinding angles. Another great advantage is that the long-lasting diamond grindstone is spring-loaded and therefore works independently of the pressure from the user, making it impossible to accidentally change the radius or edge angle. The EVO is equipped with a high-quality FINE diamond grindstone as standard. Using diamond as a grindstone ensures the edge is harder and lasts longer.
